FS#2150 - unknown routing issue IPv6

We have detected an unknown routing issue with IPv6 in FFM via Cogent.

Details:
We have detected that we some IPv6 networks cannot reached.

we have change IBGP policies to reach much more networks directly with IPv6 to avoid usage of default route ::/0
