Since we are running a decentralized company structure, we have at the moment no impact to the operation of our services.
All provided services running normal at the moment.

But we already have or expect impact to our suppliers. This will cause in delay for delivery new services, based on Hardware (i.e. dedicated Servers)

We would like to update this issue:

* At the moment we have impact to a delay of 48-72hrs for service orders inside the Datacenter since we work with reduced field technician staff.
* We have limitation with access to external datacenter (i.e. Frankfurt/Main). This has not impact at the moment to our service operation.

We would like to update this issue:

* At the moment we see an impact to delivery new server parts by all postal services (DPAG/UPS/Hermes etc.) We expect more delay for BTO Server Deliveries in the next weeks.

* we monitor at the moment a delay for all BTO servers of around 3 to 4 weeks, depending on hardware and supplier. Since the Corona issue calms down in Germany we expect a change to the delay within the next 2 up to 5 month

We would like to update this issue:

We expect a next Corona/COVID-19 "wave" in Germany within the next 3 month with renewals of local lockdowns. We are in contact with our suppliers to get local information about their situation. We expect persistent effects for delayed deployment of new services where hardware suppliers are involved.
