the issue is cause by an unknown hardware failure

SMTP Server / Outgoing Mailservices are not affected.

the service issue was resolved. all services are back online. we apologize for any inconveniences.

Please note:
There are some service syncs missing at the moment. They will recover during the upcoming hours. This will cause mail delivery delays to mail accounts. Please be patient until all syncs were done and all mails were delivered.

SMTP is not affected.

Hardware issue mail services

All with mail accounts

Affected Services:
* Access to mail boxes IMAP/POP3
* Email forward
* Webmail

Time Windows for maintenance:
Multiple night times starting Friday, 22.4.2022, 2200-0800 CEST
Planned end date: Wednesday, 27.4.2022, 0800 CEST

It is planned that services will be down or partial during these night times
