symptoms:
* the access via FTP/FTPS or WebClient does not provide a directory listing at gets timeouts while accessing files

affected protocols:
* FTP/FTPS
* Webclient

no affected protocols:
* rsync
* WebDAV
* CIFS/Samba

affected products:
* BackupHD / FSP
* Server Backupspace (partial only)

please prepare for a long term resolution process due to large volumes. Please ask support for temporary solution or workaround.
