IP's of customers and services flapping for some seconds and are not reachable during this time

A major change has been done today withing timewindow 0500 and 0630.
We have removed an old configuration between Datacenter Jena 1 Blocks B and C.

as the next step to resolve this issue we will perform an software upgrade to the following switches:

* d.b.02.01 (Rack d.b.02)

This upgrade includes a switch reboot. Downtime of 5-10 min may apply.
