We have detected some packet drops with heavy router load at DCJ1-A.

* customers have reported packet loss from time to time ~1% at the last HOP before server in DCJ1-A
** only DCJ1-A was affected
* no further impact was seen by customers and our network monitoring
* no exact perimeter of the root cause was possible
* first report of the issue was around 26.9.2016

We investigated further since around 27.9.2016. We found an issue with one PC-Interface (Portchannel) at Gateway Router "dsw-c6ka-j1a" dropping packets on uplink to core.

* There was a missing enhancement for better traffic flow not needed with other optical interfaces.

* The missing enhancement has been implemented since around 01.10.2016, 1900h CEST.

Further steps:
* We will monitor the situation for a while. If no further drops occur, we will close the issue.
