We have detected that our phone support hotline was not reachable due to a SIP server configuration bug for some public Holidays since 1.1.2017.

impact for customers:
* phone support hotline announces "not at office / Sie rufen ausserhalb unserer Geschäftszeiten an"
* impact dates: 3 standard business days in 2017 including 5.5.2017 until 1200h CEST

solution:
* the bug was found and has been resolved

Phone support hotline is now reachable.
