we have detected, that the link from Jena to Amsterdam is down.

current impact for customers:
* packet loss
* less available bandwidth

we will open a trouble ticket at fiber carrier.

we still do not have further information about the issue. we prepare for adjusting traffic load.

fiber provider had a crashed transmission device in AMS at around 1200CEST
the transmission device was rebooted, but it crashed again. a second reboot as successful, the link is back online.

we will monitor this issue.
