we have detected an issue with our network POP in Amsterdam. We intervene.

Impact for customers:
* rerouting of traffic
* may be higher latency to some networks

The network POP was reintegrated into network. We still have a line down from Jena to Amsterdam due to a fiber break of a carrier.

* less available bandwidth via Amsterdam routes
* packet loss may occur via Amsterdam routes

fibre team of supplier has reached the fault location and identified that the fibres are damaged under the bridge is due to fire caused by a road accident. Fibre team are awaiting access from local authorities to perform the damage assessment. three*144 fibre cables are passing through this break location. Keeping in view the complexity of incident, resolution of incident is expected to take longer time than normal. We will keep you updated on our progress via this email address. Thank you.
