FS#2387 - migrate various service websites to https/SSL only

we are going to migrate various service websites i.e. forum, redirectors, URL-shortener to HTTPS / SSL encryption only.

some service websites are not yet migrated to SSL / HTTPS. We are going to migrate that website to HTTPS:// - only website. We will redirect deep links automatically from HTTP:// to HTTPS:// - URL to avoid broken links.
