the issue was detected first time around 12.00 CET today.
we did not detect any further impact to customers until around 15.00 CET today.

technician intervention began at 15.30 CET.

the problem was resolved by a technician at 19.45 CET.

we have found an issue with high CPU load by a known software bug of the cisco switch. This high CPU load has broken the Port Channels t the uplink sometimes and sometimes not. (Flapping) We have disabled the function, that caused the high CPU load.

All services are now came back to normal.

We decide in the next weeks to exchange the old switches by new switches.
