We are going to modernize and upgrade the Recursor DNS and Forward DNS Caching Servers.
Additional we will upgrade these machines to IPv6 capability (currently not implemented)

Affected IPv4-addresses of Forward DNS Caching Servers:
85.31.184.60
85.31.185.60
85.31.184.61
85.31.185.61

Affected IPv6-addresses:
* none

Work to do:
* Migrate IPv4 addresses to new servers
* Add IPv6 addresses to auto-installation system

Expected impact to customers:
* downtime of each IP address of about 30 Minutes
* no further impact expected
