FS#2536 - Termination XML-RPC API

We are going to terminate the old XML-RPC API interface. Please note that the deployment of new API is already in Progress.

This task is to inform all customer about the termination of the old XML-RPC API.
We will not longer develop this API interface.

Roadmap for Termination:

* Security Updates until 31.12.2020
* Shutdown old API until 30.11.2021

Please note if there are unfixable issue of this API, it may possible that we terminate this API earlier than the planned date.

We strongly recommend all customers to move their applications to new REST API.
