Our Dark Fiber Supplier performs a Dark-Fiber Maintenance affecting datacenter connection to our POP in Jena. During the time window the fiber connection is completely broken by the maintenance. Please note that we are not in the position for further delay or rerouting the fiber during the time window. We apologize for any inconveniences.

We got additional information for the maintenance:

The dark fiber supplier needs to exchange some meters of the fiber path due to a fiber path damage produced by a third party property owner while fence construction. The dark fiber path is partly physical damaged and needs complete replacement with fiber splicing work. (remove old fiber / add new fiber) The work will performed by two splice groups for both ends.
