We would like to inform that we have limited support during the upcoming holidays.

Phone support is not available at the following days:

- Thursday, 26/12/2019
- Tuesday, 31/12/2019
- Wednesday, 01/01/2020

During this time, support requests will be handled via the ticket system in customer panel.
Customers with optional purchased support SLA are not affected by the limited phone support.
