FS#2622 - Introducing manual contract extension

We will introduce manual contract extensions for selected plans. This means a contract has to extend _manually_ to avoid the automatic cancellation at the end of contract term.

This manual contract extension feature becomes active only on selected plans.

Since the default for all contracts is "auto renewal" we will announce these plans before the change become in force.
