Detailed description:
We have detected issues with power cord connection to some PSU/PDUs during the last days.

Impact to customer:
* wrong display of network and power status in customer panel
* interruption of network and / or power supply for some servers + services in Mod-A
* customers with A/B Power feed were not affected

Root cause of issue:
* old and temporary installations of cabling + fuses have exceeded the usage earlier than expected and need replacement

Solution:
We are going to replace the old installation. Planning is already in progress.

We have implemented a second workaround during the day. All services are back online.

This Information is for customers with OpenVZ VPS (vServer Gen. 1):

The Server Data panel in customer panel does not show the location of a VPS in Datacenter.
However the following Hostnodes were affected during the issue:

The second workaround did not work properly. We had to intervene again today.
Issue was resolved.

Please note:
Customers with redundant PSU were not affected.

We are still going to replace the old installation. Planning is still in progress.
